Why metal stairs are an alternative to wooden stairs.
Increasingly, metal stairs are found in the interiors. They are ideal as a modern and elegant finishing element of the exterior and interior arrangements of buildings and interiors. They are also an alternative to traditional wooden stairs.
The most commonly used material for both load-bearing elements and a graduate is stainless steel. It is the best material for stairs due to durability, moisture resistance, including corrosion, prone to formation in a variety of forms and patterns but also resistant to damage, easy to maintain. Ideally, the steps of the stairs are made of cold-pressed acid-resistant steel – it is very hard and scratch-resistant. Degrees should be non-slip, so most often they are made of corrugated sheet metal. Embossing makes the treads more grip and it's hard to slip on them. The degrees with the texture of tears, the grilles are very decorative and will give each interior a lightness. On the steps, you can use a floor steel thickness of at least 3 mm, which it sticks to the chipboard. The staircase will be quieter than those with degrees made of steel itself. The steps can also be made of the steel sheet bent into the same degree, and then they should be about 10 000 ft. 4-5 mm.
A lighter and cheaper option is stairs made of aluminum. However, aluminum is a soft material that is easily drawn and deformed. Aluminum degrees quickly oxidize and get dirty, so they need to be painted with powder paints to paint at the factory.
